The first of three trains bearing aid for Korea stands on its sitting in New York. Members of the Korean Children s Choir open the ceremony in the presence of notables General Van Fleet and Cardinal Spelling. The tape is cut for the inaugural run for the freedom trains with hope of having 600 cars loaded with necessities for the war ravaged lands.
