TLS/MSs two Korean boys & one girl sifting through rubble, chopping bricks w/ flat knife. MSs Korean man re-laying destroyed brick wall. VO: "The people of Seoul, liberated capital of the Republic, began to dig out of the rubble that was once their city. Without adequate machinery, they literally rebuilt their houses with their own hands. Korea prepared for peace." (13-6) LS smoke rising from Korean village in distance.
