Our police are in trouble - frustrated, bored, and tired of trying to do a job that many believe just can t be done. Antiquated gun laws, drug laws, and moral codes are only part of the pressures on our police. Not everyone is prosecuted for crimes or misdemeanors. All too often the cop is left up in the air, and must rely on his own street sense. He is truly without leadership and guidance. This film investigates the reality behind the paramilitary, pursuit car image of the police portrayed by television and feature films, and looks at the cop as he truly is - human, flawed, but hopeful and well worth helping.
